All the above battery packs are designed and built to the customer’s individual requirements using our in house design and development facility, from fully enclosed injection moulded boxes to simple shrink wrapped assemblies.

Our production facility is designed to cope with all kinds of techniques including hand soldering, sonic welding, resistance welding etc. We also offer a printed sleeve service enabling you to advertise yourselves on the batteries. Our experienced personnel commence work on your order immediately guiding it through from receipt to despatch using our highly efficient  BS EN ISO9001 Quality Management system.

Our Purchasing Manager and Operations Manager both started their employment with us as bench hands and have worked their way upto their current positions over at least ten years, so they both have great knowledge and experience of pack assembly.

Our standard delivery terms are 7 to 10 working days but in cases of emergency we have been known to turn jobs around within hours! However, we do not compromise the quality or standard of our products.
