The implementation of the above referenced standard demonstrates Multicell International Ltd., constant dedication to the Quality programme, which ensures that the specified requirements of the customer are determined and fulfilled through Quality Objectives within the organisation with a view to achieving, maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction. A policy of on the Job training is carried out by the company, to ensure that the capability of all personnel who manage, perform or verify functions applicable to the Quality System is maintained. Multicell International Ltd., Quality System Manual is published to describe how the Quality programme is put into effect. The management of Multicell International Ltd., believe that Quality Assurance is not a practice defined in a manual, but is the enthusiastic attitude and commitment of all employees to providing a service that meets the customer’s expectations in every respect. The Company acknowledge that the quality of its products and its good name depend on the dedication of everyone within the organisation.
